I have a 2 car insulated garage including door. My wife sits outside quite a bit because she is a smoker. I Installed it 6 feet above her head and tilted it downwards. So in her chair she stays very warm. The heater will heat for about 10 min then heating element will shut off and the fan will blow the excess heat off before starting the element again.
